Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for 7 Streams to Abundance, LLC Coaching Services Effective Date: 01/24/2025 By booking and participating in one-on-one or group coaching sessions with 7 Streams to Abundance, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Coaching Agreement Coaching is designed to support your personal and professional growth. It is not a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters. Results depend on your effort and circumstances. 2. Booking and Payment • One-on-One Coaching: Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. • Group Coaching: Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. • Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely through the chosen payment method. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling • One-on-One Sessions: o Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session. o Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded. • Group Coaching: o Payments for group coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session begins. o Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. 4. Confidentiality Information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law. Group coaching participants must respect the confidentiality of others. 5. Participant Conduct All participants are expected to engage respectfully. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without a refund. 6. Intellectual Property All materials provided during coaching are the property of 7 Streams to Abundance, LLC and are for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission. 7. Refund Policy • One-on-One Sessions: Refunds are not available for completed sessions. • Group Coaching: No refunds are provided after the session start date. Exceptions may be made under special circumstances. 8. Limitation of Liability 7 Streams to Abundance, LLC is not liable for decisions, actions, or results arising from coaching services. 9. Changes to Terms These terms may be updated at any time, and changes will be communicated. 10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Virginia, United States of America.
